By booking a flight or using any services offered by Kool Wings Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bookings and Payments: All flight bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices for flights and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by the customer at least 48 hours/days prior to the scheduled flight may be eligible for a partial or full refund as per our cancellation policy. Discovery flights missed due to weather or operational reasons may be rescheduled at the discretion of the academy.
  3. Health and Safety: Customers must be in good health and meet all physical requirements specified for flight activities. Kool Wings Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.
  4. Liability: While we take all precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all flight activities carry inherent risks. By participating, customers agree to release [Your Academy Name], its instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.

  6. Use of Media: Any photographs or videos taken during your flight may be used by Kool Wings Academy for marketing or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indiana. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Johnson Country, Greenwood, IN.
